ISO 50001 ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Forum Kayseri Shopping Center, through the implementation of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System, aims to continuously improve its Energy Performance and maintain a sustainable process by conserving natural resources and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and within this scope, undertakes the following:

• To set targets in line with the Energy Policy with the participation of all our employees, establish actions to achieve these targets, review them regularly, and provide the necessary investment,

• To evaluate improvements in the design and modification of the facility, its equipment and systems in line with targets aimed at Energy efficiency and reducing Energy consumption,

• To effectively procure and use energy-efficient equipment and services,

• To comply with legal regulations regarding Energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption, as well as the requirements of international standards referenced by our company,

• To communicate effectively with all stakeholders in order to create shared value and beneficial outcomes on matters related to Energy Management,

• To use appropriate resources and technologies in new operations to be carried out under the scope of energy control,

• To improve energy performance values, including energy efficiency and intensity, across all processes,

• To make improvements aimed at continuous development in reducing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency, and to monitor their implementation and results.
