This Privacy Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data (“Privacy Notice”) contains statements and explanations regarding the processing, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), of personal data belonging to natural persons due to the operation of the website www.forumkayseri.com.tr (“Platform”), operated by Torunlar Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), the data controller, limited to the process, purposes of data processing and data categories detailed below.

The Data Subject declares, accepts and undertakes that, through this Privacy Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, they have been informed regarding the processing of data within the scope of the Law and consent to the processing of their data.

• To claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing,

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite the fact that the personal data has been processed in accordance with the Law.
